Packed full of history
There are two landmark buildings on our site, which were converted into a hotel around 20 years ago.
The main residence, with its beautiful architecture, was originally built as a private residence. The second is the century-old ice works building.

Enjoy a selection of fresh and cooked breakfast options, made to order by our chef. We have a range of dietary options and where possible, ingredients are sourced from our local suppliers. Our eggs are supplied from a neighbouring farmer, the bread is from Portland, and we use the local Lighthouse ground coffee.
Tea & Coffee
Complimentary Tea & Nespresso coffee machines are available 24/7 and supplied in several rooms. Fresh fruit and snacks are available all day and we often supply complimentary morning and afternoon tea.
Crockery, Cutlery, and Wine Glasses available
We leave crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses in the dining room for you to use at any time, so you can enjoy a meal or drink any time in house.
Terrace / Balcony
Scenic view
Guests are welcome to make the most of the terrace area at any time. Sit back and take in the scenic view, enjoy a bite to eat, or relax with a book.
Main lounge room / sitting room
With comfortable couches and an open fireplace, you’re welcome to relax in this space and enjoy a complimentary cuppa or snack.
Library / TV room
We offer a library stocked with books, magazines, and television viewing by an open fire.
